So what do you do......

When you fall off the wagon and "forget" about the fact that your trying to lose weight not put it on? Do you beat yourself up over it? Do you just get over it and start again? Do you do something "special" like eat a whole bag of Reese's Minature Peanut Butter Cups? See I fell off the wagon the past couple of days and to be honest it felt pretty good. But at the same time I feel pretty "ugh!" about it because I am trying take the weight off not put it back on! So I guess I'm just going to go the high route and buck up and let it go and start over. In pretty good spirits about the whole process which is pretty amazing because I tend to lose interest or lack the motivation to continue.
