Last week I was down to 159 but when I stepped on the scale again after work this morning I was back up to 161. Not going to beat myself up over it....I may not see progress on the scale but I see it in other places on my body. Food wise it wasn't a great week....a lot of "junk" food. Later today my plan is to post some pictures of some "real" cowboys that I took in Omaha Nebraska this past april.

Don't sweat the 2 pounds - it's probably water weight. Our bodies do strange things from day to day!
Don't let the gain put you off track. You are so right, you can see progress in spite of what the scale reads!
